ATOM Experience the Science of Sound Node Audio, September 27, 2025

ATOM

ATOM embodies Node’s pursuit of technical innovation and design excellence, setting a new standard for loudspeakers in its class

A Soundstage that Transcends Your Room

ATOM’s carefully sculpted form eliminates sharp edges and flat surfaces that can blur stereo imaging. Combined with the precise alignment of closely positioned tweeter and midrange drivers, this design preserves soundstage coherence across both horizontal and vertical planes.

The Lineup ATOM 525 & ATOM 650

ATOM range launches with two models: the ATOM 525 Standmount, available with its own bespoke stand, and the larger ATOM 650 Floorstander.

Both incorporate Node’s patented Helical Transsmission Line, with the larger 650 capable of deeper bass extendsion.

Natural Extended Bass ’HTL’ Helical Transmission Line

Every model in the ATOM range delivers bass extension far beyond its size, made possible by NODE’s proprietary HTL bass-loading system.

HTL harnesses the rear output of the long-throw woofer into a central chamber, which in turn feeds a precisely engineered helical passageway to reinforce and project low frequencies with power and control.

Music without Colouration MonoCell Structural Damping

Atom introduces Nodes’ patented MonoCell damping. For the first time, fibrous internal damping is replaced with a fine, rigid lattice structure, which doubles as infinite bracing to create an ultra-stiff monocoque enclosure, hugely reducing unwanted cabinet-borne colouration.

Finishes to Complement Your Home

ATOM loudspeakers are available in a choice of refined finishes to suit modern living environments.

Cabinets are wrapped in bespoke multi-layer acoustic fabric for superior vibration control, while structural components are precision-machined from billet aluminium and polished to an immaculate decorative standard.

Effortless Midrange Detail

Atom uses ultra-lightweight midrange drivers that have no traditional ‘spider’. This gives them minimal physical resistance, and so can communicate the slightest musical nuance. Even so, Atom uses two such drivers in the midrange, halving each driver’s workload to improve clarity further still.

Designed & Manufactured in Cambridge, UK

Node’s approach to product innovation isn’t shackled by traditional acoustic designs and manufacturing techniques.

Node pursue elegant audio designs and principals where sound and form coalesce to create beautiful, timeless sonic products.

High-End audio engineering, manufactured in the home of British HiFi, Cambridge, England.
