Bang & Olufsen introduces the Beosystem 3000c: A recreated classic uniting vinyl ritual with today's music experiences Bang&Olufsen, May 27, 2025

Bang & Olufsen unveils the Beosystem 3000c, a refined music system that reintroduces the Beogram 3000 turntable from 1985 - meticulously recreated and paired with contemporary Beolab 8 stereo speakers in a coordinated Artisan Walnut finish. Limited to just 100 individually numbered sets, the Beosystem 3000c seamlessly bridges the ritual of vinyl with the fluidity of today's listening habits, offering a powerful and tactile experience where analogue warmth and effortless streaming live side by side in one timeless system.

This is the third release in Bang & Olufsen's Recreated Classics series, a programme dedicated to giving iconic products a second life through restoration, reengineering, and aesthetic reinterpretation. In the Beosystem 3000c, hand-crafted walnut and re-anodised aluminium unite past and present through original materials that have been preserved, cleaned, upgraded, and future-proofed by Bang & Olufsen's team of specialists in Struer, Denmark.

"Through our Recreated Classics series, we honour the cultural impact of vinyl listening while showcasing the long-lasting value of Bang & Olufsen products, even beyond their first lifecycle," says Mads Kogsgaard Hansen, Director of Product Circularity & Portfolio Planning. "The Beosystem 3000c invites our customers to rediscover their vinyl collections and enjoy the emotional richness of music as it was meant to be heard, while effortlessly integrating into how we listen today."

Originally introduced in 1985, the Beogram 3000 brought Bang & Olufsen's pioneering tangential tracking technology into a more compact and electronically automated form. Its floating appearance and refined control panel made it a design icon of its time. In the Beogram 3000c, that same design intent is preserved and elevated with modern craftsmanship. The turntable features a precision-machined solid walnut back cover, new aluminium control panel, dust lid, fabric cables, and a future-ready pickup cartridge. The original aluminium parts have been remanufactured and finished in pearl-blasted and brushed treatments at Bang & Olufsen's Factory 5.

Completing the system, the Beolab 8 stereo speakers mirror the turntable's craftsmanship with matching walnut lamellas and pearl-blasted aluminium shells, creating a cohesive visual and acoustic experience. Together, they deliver deep, dynamic sound, whether immersed in the warmth of vinyl or streaming a favourite playlist.

The Beosystem 3000c is a celebration of enduring craftsmanship, sonic excellence, and Bang & Olufsen's belief that great design should last - and be lived with - for generations.
