TRANSPARENT AMNESTY EVENT 2026 PROGRAM GUIDELINES
PROGRAM GUIDELINES
- Effective dates for the program are October 1st – November 30th, 2026.
- This program as described below is eligible only to U.S. dealers and customers.
- Program will apply to any digital or analog cable or power cord in the current Transparent lineup and to PowerWave, PowerWave X, REFERENCE, XL and OPUS power conditioning products.
- Program will apply only to single product-to-single product upgrades that are within the same product category. For example: speaker cable > speaker cable; interconnect > interconnect; power cord > power cord; power conditioner > power conditioner; etc.
- Trade-in cables, power cords, and power conditioners must be recognized products which, as of the start of the 2026 calendar year, were distributed throughout the US via established retail channels. Dealer will determine eligibility of trade-in product.
CALCULATIONS
- Credit awarded for the trade-in product will be calculated at up to 50% of its assigned retail value; customer will pay listed retail price of desired Transparent product minus whatever credit is awarded by dealer.
- To earn 50% credit, verified trade-in products must have a suggested retail price of no more than half of the retail value of the desired Transparent product and be deemed by dealer to be in good condition and working order.
- Depending on their condition, trade-in products that have a retail value of more than half of the value of the desired Transparent product will be assigned a lower value that is no more than half the retail value of the desired Transparent product for the purposes of trade-in credit calculations.
