A) Cone paper

Divided vibration is suppressed by impregnating the papermade cone with a special treatment agent to improve strength.

B) Damper

Aramid fiber is used as the base material, and its characteristics provide outstanding durability and straightness, thereby yielding linear vibration amplitude.

C) Special adhesive fastening to dampen resonance

Clear sound quality is provided over the entire range by suppressing cabinet resonance that occurs due to speaker vibration amplitude.

D) Voice coil

Employs edge-wide winding of rectangular wire, different from ordinary round wire. This allows gaps between wires to be minimized, and dramatically improves the utilization rate of magnetic force.

Also, this makes it possible to secure the ideal winding width of voice coil wire, and changes in sound quality are smaller, even with large vibration amplitude.

A high-rigidity special coating that can withstand 500°C is applied to the wire surface, so the coil can withstand large input. Clear sound quality is obtained over the entire range due to minimization of wire distortion that occurs during oscillation.

E) Excitation magnetic circuit

Employs an excitation magnetic circuit. Magnetic circuit parts are fabricated by machining, and this contributes to superior sound quality.

F) √ edge

Linear vibration amplitude is achieved by employing a √ shape, using an inner circumference roll with small vibration amplitude, and the entire roll with large vibration amplitude.

Damping material is applied to the back side so that it retains flexibility and edge chatter is suppressed.

G) Dust cap

A special treatment agent is applied to the metal cap to suppress divided vibration and provide clear sound quality.
