Jelco SA-750LB tonearm in the 12-inch version, made in Japan. Further information (without guarantee): Jelco SA-750LB tonearm in the 12-inch version. The tonearm comes from the traditional Japanese manufacturer Jelco and is known for its high manufacturing quality and excellent tonal properties. The SA-750LB has an effective length of 304 millimeters and a mounting distance of about 290 millimeters. Due to its long arm, it is particularly well suited for precise scanning and offers extremely stable guidance of the pickup needle. The arm is made of high-quality aluminum, which gives it high rigidity and at the same time a controlled resonance response. The SA-750LB model is optimized for medium to heavy pickups. Thanks to its medium-weight weight, it fits perfectly with a variety of high-quality moving coil and moving magnet systems, including classics such as Ortofon SPU, Denon DL-103 or EMT clay cans. Bearings are provided by gimbal precision bearings, which ensure exceptionally fine and low-loss movement of the arm. The anti-skating system is traditionally controlled by a thread with weight and can be adjusted exactly. The tonearm has a detachable headshell connector in the SME standard, which allows flexible adaptation to different cartridges. The tracking force and the anti-skating force can be adjusted very precisely, which achieves optimal adjustment and perfect interaction with different pickups. The Jelco SA-750LB is known for its neutral, yet musical and dynamic reproduction.
Jelco SA-750LB Tonarm in der 12-Zoll-Ausführung, made in Japan.
