The Raidho X-2t models are compact, high-end 2.5-way floor-standing speakers and an evolution of the previous X2 model. The "t" in the name signifies the introduction of tantalum into the driver coating—a technical choice that enhances membrane rigidity, drastically reducing distortion and sonic coloration.

Technology and Components

Ribbon Tweeter: A hallmark of Raidho craftsmanship, it employs an ultra-thin membrane measuring just 11 microns and weighing a mere 20 milligrams. With a mass up to 50 times lower than that of a traditional dome tweeter, it delivers lightning-fast transient response, transparent detail, and complete freedom from listening fatigue, while pushing the breakup frequency well beyond the audible spectrum (over 40 kHz).

Ceramic and Tantalum Mid-Woofers (Ceramix + Tantalum): The two 13 cm drivers feature a sandwich structure with an aluminum core, a ceramic coating layer, and a final tantalum deposit finish. This rare metal ensures distortion-free operation across the entire crossover range.

Magnet System and Voice Coil: The voice coils are made of titanium—rather than the standard aluminum or copper—to eliminate magnetic induction; they are paired with powerful neodymium magnets and a highly ventilated basket to optimize airflow and heat dissipation.
